Good governance is fundamental to Angels Community Group to ensure our position as a robust, flexible and sustainable organisation within the Community Services sector. Through our everyday business operations and the provision of services to the most vulnerable and needy within our community, we are guided by our values: Accountable, Nurturing, Genuine, Empathetic, Leaders and Selfless - as well as our commitment to proper and effective corporate governance.

Our overall aim in relation to corporate governance is to develop, implement and maintain a culture and standard of good governance respected by both internal and external stakeholders. Our Board of Management is committed to ensuring that principles of good governance are implemented openly and with integrity, pursuing the true spirit of good corporate governance, in line with Angels Community Group’s purpose and objectives.

Our ACNC status also supports our governance structure by ensuring that corporate governance standards are met and good governance practices are heavily entrenched in our everyday business operations.
